A single family home provides a little more privacy and peace than a
condo and there's a nice long driveway next to the house for loading
and unloading suitcases/groceries plus parking 2+ cars.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets and
ocean views from our huge deck that's perfect for sunbathing and
barbequing. The house is located near the bluff's of Solana Beach
on a street that is perfect for jogging, biking, or just an
afternoon stroll. Beach access is less than two blocks and there
are places for swimming, surfing, or boogie boarding or just a
romantic walk on the beach.

Walking distance to beach, fully furnished, chef's kitchen, lots of
counter space, dining table for 8, coffee maker, blender, microwave,
refrigerator, freezer, stove top, double ovens, ceiling fans,
telephone, cable television with 4 tv's (1 large screen HDTV), 3
vcr's, cd player, large washer/dryer,
linens/towels, extra bed pillow & blankets, beach towels, large
comfortable couch, fire place, whirl pool tub+++ Master Bedroom has
a king bed, second bedroom has a king bed, third bedroom has 2
single beds, daily newspaper delivered.

Security fee $500.00, Cleaning Fee $75.00. Security deposit is
refundable one week after check-out providing rental is in good
condition.

June thru August & Holidays:
Security fee, cleaning fee, and balance of rent are due 30 days
prior
to check-in.

Sept. thru May:
Security fee, cleaning fee and balance of rent are due at check-in
and must be in Cash or Cashier's check.


Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to check-in results in loss
of deposit.
However,full credit may be
applied to rescheduled stay subject to availability, but not during
racing season or holidays.
